Approved refunds will be subject to a $25 administration fee. There will also be a $50 charge for cheques returned due to non-sufficient funds.

Accepted forms of payment are e-transfers, cash, and cheques. E-transfer only for Phone Consultations. The first hour for Private Training sessions, or the Boarding or Board & Train deposit must also be paid via e-transfer in advance to reserve The Client's spot. All services are payable upfront within 48 hours of the invoice being emailed (or 24 hours prior to The Client's appointment or drop-off for last minute bookings) in order to reserve their spot: Full payment of the 1 hour rate for Phone Consultation or Private Training Session (even if the intention is to buy a Private Training Package); 50% deposit of The Client's Boarding or Board & Train fee (or full payment if they are booking less than 48 hours in advance).

The balance (package price minus payment of the first hour of training) of the Private Training Package is required at the end of the first hour of service in order to take advantage of the discount, and the package expires 6 months from that date; any unused training sessions are forfeited. The balance of the Boarding or Board & Train fee is required 24 hours prior to drop off.

Subject to availability, a Private Training Session or Phone Consultation may be extended upon request and receipt of payment for a second hour (unless The Client has already prepaid for a Private Training Package).
